H100 The simplest Herma head is the H100 used for a manual dispense. Ideal for warehouses, and those little jobs. Just grab a label and a fresh one is dispensed automatically to offer a very economical solution for small batch hand labelling.

Manual Dispensing

The Fixe Head is based on the H400 Servo modular system. This means incredible power is built in, you will never overtax the H400 Fixe.  

The H400 Fixe will dispense labels at a fixed speed of 4 M per minute (2.5" per sec). Measure your label length, calculate how quickly it will dispense and see if this will suit your speed requirements.

If not consider a Vario.  

The Fixe is used for simple dispenses and with customized jigs for semi automatic operation.

 Here the Fixe is shown with a jig to suit a product.
Push the product into the jig, press on the label, remove the product and another label is dispensed.

We can fit many different types of coders from Hot stamp to Laser or ink jet along with suitable brackets to the Fixe and indeed all other heads to suit your coding needs.
