Label Sensors.
	Patented Sensor FS01, uses capacitance to detect the gap between labels. Excellent for clear labels, and very resistant to dusting.

Photoelectric High speed label detector with micro adjuster.

End roller
The end roller is spring loaded and applies the correct amount of pressure for many objects.

Pivot Beak End roller
The end roller is Pivoted and held by an adjustable pressure patented air system to follow contours.

Head Bracket Adjuster
The head bracket adjuster, raises or lowers the head or moves it in/out adjust on a vertical head, consists of a bracket 2 rods (one threaded and one graduated with a scale) and a handle. The optional orange dial indicator is available.

X Y Z Adjusters
We have a complete selection of mounting brackets with X, Y and or Z adjusters to suit all types of applications. Send us a sketch and a photo of what you need and we are almost certain to have a pre engineered solution.

Order or add on to the label height needed
Extension kits are available for label height required. The standard is 160mm (6"0) with extension kits for either 240mm (9") or 320mm maximum label height

Power Unwind
A Power Unwind is recommended when Large Label rolls are used or when heavy (tall) labels are being used. The standard reel is 300 mm diameter (11 1/2") and the power unwind reel is 350 mm (14") The standard reel is removed and the Power unwind is attached.

Power Rewind
Likewise a Power Rewind is recommended when Large Label rolls are used or when heavy (tall) labels are being used. It is also useful at very high speeds of feed. The Power rewind reel is 250mm (10 ") in diameter.

Loose Loop
The loose loop system removes all tension in the web. It is situated between the reel of labels and the label head. As the labels are being dispensed, the separate loose loop servo drive continually feeds fresh labels into into the loose loop box.

Right or Left heads
Depending on the application both right hand and left hand heads are available.

It is important to pick the correct heads or your labels will have to be rewound.
