H400 Vario

Automatic Labeling

This workhorse of the H400 heads the Vario has the same powerful servo motor as the Premium, but is more affordable.

The Vario as its' name implies has variable speed dispensing up to 40 meters/ min (over 2 feet per second)

Take your label length and the time you have available to dispense it and you can figure how fast you can go.

At higher speeds you should consider the H400 options such as loose loop and power unwind/rewinds.

The H400 Vario used on bottle labelers, top and bottom labelers, bag labelers, FFS machines, boxes, tubs, cartons, lipsticks, lids, ..... you name it.

It is a favorite for OEM's and customers who buy heads to upgrade all types of existing labelers.

Mounted Vertically
Depending on the brackets ordered the Vario can be mounted in any direction.

Mounted Horizontally
Here the Vario is shown with a horizontal mounting Tilt bracket. The height is adjustable up and down.

Heavy Duty mount
The Vario is mounted on heavy duty brackets with dial indicators for ease of repeat set ups, with both horizontal and vertical adjusters.
